efining enzymes“OCE” and “ECO” are complex enzyme preparations intended for use as refining enhancers in papermills using virgin and recyled fibers (inclusive of other lignocellulosic wastes).Choice of “OCE” or “ECO” is dependent on the paper properties required by the end-user, where “OCE ”is an enzyme preparation generally acceptable for most mills “ECO” is recommended where improved compression strength is compulsory.
It is easily added to existing systems without the need of complex or specialized equipment and has a broad pH and temperature tolerance.

l Improvement in PAPER QUALITY. Improvement in paper formation due increased fines retention and more efficiently refined pulp. Reduction in vessel picking during printing of paper produced with hardwood virgin pulp.
l Savings in RAW MATERIAL costs .Allows the use of lower quality and cheaper furnishes.
l Savings in CHEMICAL costs. Reduction in consumption of retention aids and strength enhancing chemicals.

Effect of Temperature
It will function from 25℃-70℃ with an optimum of 50℃-60℃.
Optimum operating temperature results in higher enzymatic activity requiring less dosage of enzyme.

It will function from a pH of 4.5-9.0 with an optimum of 7.0.

生物酶由三組特效酶混合提煉而成,專門用于再生漿-板紙,效果非常明顯。此產(chǎn)品為一種中性酵素,最佳操作條件為pH介于5.0-7.0之間;溫度為28-75℃,此為一般造紙廠的操作條件。
這種聚合作用可以將漿中的細(xì)小纖維重新組合,這是OCE、ECO生物酶具有的第一大特性。當(dāng)OCE、ECO生物酶加入到再生漿后,它首先遇到了那些停留在漿中的細(xì)小纖維,它以大于細(xì)小纖維無數(shù)倍的數(shù)量優(yōu)勢包圍了這些細(xì)小纖維而使其重新聚合在一起,當(dāng)這些鏈合體與長纖維碰撞時(shí),就附著在長纖維上,同時(shí)由于OCE、ECO微生物體積很小,被加入到漿中后,即使與長纖維先期接觸,也會被碰撞開。但當(dāng)它們與細(xì)小纖維重組后形成了較大的體積時(shí),再加上它本身所具有的粘合性,因此后期再遇到長纖維時(shí)自然地與長纖維重新組合.技術(shù)總負(fù)責(zé)王啟凌.wangji66@126.com
