　　Job duties:

　　Market study of availability of coal tar in China from various coke oven batteries, evaluation of coal tar quality in co-ordination with the plant in Liaoning, identification and short listing of various suppliers

　　Liaison with top management of various suppliers to seek supply possibilities and possibilities of long term co-operation

　　Market study of availability of petrochemical and refinery feedstock, evaluation of quality and short listing of suppliers

　　Negotiation of feedstock prices, development of long term pricing models linked to reliable market indexes in China and internationally

　　Study of logistics for supply of feedstock to the company and export to group units, discussion with shipping companies, agents, ship brokers, port and other transportation authorities to find a cost effective transportation facility

　　Qualifications:

　　Qualified Chemical Engineer with a business degree

　　3-4 years of working in refineries or petrochemical plants or coke oven batteries or steel mills having their own coke oven batteries (experience of working in coke oven batteries or steel mills having their own coke oven batteries would be preferred)

　　Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

　　Highly result oriented and strong inter-personal skills would be an advantage

　　Willing to travel
