Technical Service Chemist 涂料調(diào)色工程師 Based in Shanghai 上班地點在上海 Reporting directly to the Technical Manager APAC, you will be responsible for following responsibilities: 該職位匯報給亞太區(qū)技術(shù)服務(wù)經(jīng)理，職責如下： Responsibilities - Conduct laboratory work in colorant application area and color tinting system to support different projects. - Conduct technical or software training to clients. - Communicate with clients on technical issues, troubleshooting customer complaints and maintaining high satisfaction. - Support sales team in identifying customer needs, and recommend the appropriate product or application solution that meets the customer needs. - Support customers in whole APAC area with their technical queries. - Work closely with sales managers to successfully implement color tinting system projects 職責： -涂料色漿及調(diào)色系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究，以支持不同的客戶項目需求。 -培訓客戶涂料色漿的使用及調(diào)色軟件應(yīng)用。 -與客戶技術(shù)交流，解決客戶應(yīng)用問題。 -協(xié)助銷售團隊，確定客戶要求，推薦合適的色漿產(chǎn)品和調(diào)色方案。 -支持整個亞太區(qū)的業(yè)務(wù)。 Your profile • College/Bachelor degree in materials science ,Chemistry or related sectors. • Solid knowledge in colorant application, color tinting system or paint manufacturing. • At least 2 years relevant working experience in paint, resin, or pigment manufacturing environment or other application fields. • Experience in foreign-invested companies preferred. • Can travel frequently, easily travel with APAC preferred. • Hardworking, independent, dedicated, honest, good interpersonal skills. • Fluent English and Mandarin desirable.
