職位：倉庫管理 Store Specialist（1人） 公司背景： 由世界化工巨頭德國巴斯夫（BASF）、美國亨斯邁（HUNTSMAN）及中方上海華誼集團(tuán),高橋石化和上海氯堿化工共同投資組建的一家世界級(jí)規(guī)模的化工原料制造公司，坐落于上�；瘜W(xué)工業(yè)園區(qū)的生產(chǎn)基地年產(chǎn)量可達(dá)24萬噸CMDI。 職位描述： ＊ To Establish company warehousing policies and procedures/practices, be responsible for the activities in receiving, storage and distribution of materials/goods/equipment, be responsible for working closely with purchasing department to keep stock amount in good situation to meet with the requirement of company, especially the observation of mandatory/corporate and company SSHE regulations, so as to maintain the service levels at optimum costs. ＊ Required Duties Or Accountabilities. Be responsible for coordinating quality inspection of all coming-into materials/goods/equipment. ＊ Plan and co-ordinate daily operations and safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations. ＊ Maintain equipment structure and level to accomplish the store area and receiving assignments in a safe, effective manner. ＊ Provide appropriate equipment and racking to ensure the safe transport and storage of all material. ＊ Monitor the unloading of all materials. Ensure material are storaged for counting and inspecton and the receiving reports are accurately and timely submitted. Resolve discrepancies with accounting/production personnel regarding invoices, packing slips and receive reports. ＊ Oversee the supplying of materials to production and stages material for the sub-production units. Ensure the materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. Oversee the rotation of inventories with the warehouse. ＊ Ensure the installations in the warehouse areas and the facility for material movement are sufficient and are kept technically safe so as to enable the warehouse to meet all relevant statutory regulations Carry out routine stock checks to ensure that materials have not been lost or damaged. Job Requirements. (Knowledge, Skills, Experience, etc.) ＊ At least 5 years related working experience in a chemical plant with Chemical knowledge ＊ Possess good written and reading English Skill ＊ Good Planning Skill and Communication Skill
