食品實驗室研究員 location: Shanghai 1. Major Accountabilities 主要職責(zé) Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要擔(dān)負(fù)以下職責(zé): • Technical support for food products in China requirements，trouble shooting role in individual food plant/Customer 面向全國提供食品產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)支持工作, 及時解決生產(chǎn)中的技術(shù)問題 • Conduct customer technical visits and make product presentations 拜訪客戶并提供產(chǎn)品說明演示 • Identify the customers' needs in lab testing and recommend solutions 在了解客戶需求基礎(chǔ)上制定實驗室的實驗計劃并提供客戶建議與解決方法 2. Position Prerequisites 職位要求 Education教育: MS or PHD in food science, food technology or food engineering. 碩士或博士學(xué)位 -食品科學(xué)，食品技術(shù)，食品工程方面 Experience經(jīng)驗: 10 years (or above) of industrial experience in food ingredients, preferably hydrocolloids or flavors, or food product development. 十年（或以上）在食品添加劑行業(yè)的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗，具有親水膠體（高分子多糖），香料及食品配料開發(fā)的相關(guān)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 Skills & Competency 技能和勝任能力: • Experience in prepared foods is probably the best, such as coated foods, sauces, dressings, soups, but bakery, beverage, or meat could be of interest. 最好具有精細(xì)食品方面的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗，如食物表面裹粉，醬料，調(diào)味品，湯料等， 其中具有食物烘焙，酒水飲料和肉類加工的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (written and oral) 可以使用中英文進(jìn)行書面/口頭交流 • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel strongly preferred 能夠熟練使用微軟Word, PowerPoint和Excel軟件 • Lab supervisory experience preferred 具有實驗室管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先 • Candidates must be comfortable working with customers and all levels of our global organization 能夠與客戶及公司上下員工進(jìn)行很好的溝通與合作
