職位描述

Principle Accountabilities/工作職責： • Lead the shift team to meet plant and business’s commitments / demand. 帶領班組團隊按時完成生產(chǎn)任務，保證產(chǎn)品質量，確保公司業(yè)務正常運行； • Manage variances and deviations. 制定和執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場作業(yè)標準及工藝流程，及時有效解決生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的異常情況，及時進行分析處理調整，按照應急程序組織處理； • Coordinate shift activities in the entire value added chain, from raw material to finished products, and ensure overall shift team performance including SHE and housekeeping, Quality of product, Cost and Efficiency / Productivity, Communication, networking and Teamwork. 依據(jù)生產(chǎn)任務指標，與其他職能部門進行有效溝通并達成解決方案，包括從原材料的進入到產(chǎn)成品的出庫； 做好環(huán)境保護和勞動保護，保證團隊安全、文明生產(chǎn) 加強成本管理，降低管理費用，保證質量的前提下實現(xiàn)單位低成本的最低運行 • Administrate operators, technicians and contractors in terms of training and development, shift manpower skill plan, progression, disciplinary actions and performance appraisal. 管理員工的操作紀律，從生產(chǎn)技能、安全及能力發(fā)展方面輔導員工，幫助員工成長。 Skill and Knowledge Required:所需技能： • College degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. �？埔陨蠈W歷，工科或化工相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮； • 2-3 years or above experience in production function in chemical industry. 2~3年化工或其他相關制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗； • Experience in Multi-national companies or coating industry is preferred. 有在外企或涂料行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗最佳； • Motivated attitude with solid supervising and people developing skills. • 良好的團隊領導，溝通協(xié)調能力； • Good command of English, especially can read the documents on English version. 具備一般的英文文件閱讀能力 薪資大概在：稅前7500-8000/月13個月+1.5-2個月年終獎金 有住房補貼給現(xiàn)金大概在500左右，有季度獎金，有倒班津貼，一個月大概夜班6-7天，有加班費。 有意者可聯(lián)系我：021-62886929
