上海聘：senior Architect 職位描述： Responsibilities: 職責： Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications. 獨立評估、選擇、并運用標準建筑技術(shù)、規(guī)程及準則；獨立判斷，進行細小修改。 Receive instruction on objectives, points of emphasis, references and possible solutions. 明確項目目標、重點、參照、及可能的解決方案。 A broad responsibility with clients, manufacturers, and public. 廣泛的責任心，無論是針對客戶、制造商、或公眾。 Communicate effectively and outstanding skills in English, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and work in a fast pace environment. 有效的溝通和出色的英語能力，能夠在快節(jié)奏的氛圍內(nèi)自覺、獨立地進行工作。 Requirements: 要求： Bachelors degree in Architectural required 建筑專業(yè)，學士學位。 Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English 工作中能熟練使用英語（口語和書面）。 Certificate in Architectural preferred 擁有建筑師相關(guān)資格證書的優(yōu)先考慮。 Self-motivated and willing to accept responsibility and ownership of work assigned 態(tài)度積極，愿意承擔責任，對工作認真負責。 Strong skills in Auto CAD and office computer program 能熟練運用Auto CAD和辦公軟件。 Be familiar with related Chinese design code 熟悉國內(nèi)相關(guān)設計規(guī)范。 8 years of experience preferably on large scale architectural & engineering projects, multinational experience an asset. 具有8年大型建筑和工程項目經(jīng)驗和跨國公司工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮。 Be able to travel 能夠出差。 Valid passport is must 須持有有效護照。 email：zbc_0411@126.com
