職位描述

We are looking for a senior qualified R&D director, who will commit to overall management function for R&D department of our company based in Shenyang. Work closely with and report to the Managing-Director to provide instant information for new products development between China and US.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and directing staff of R&D
- Provide technical guidance and project direction for development and other junior personnel in the group.
- Mentor development and increase technical capabilities of the chemists in the group, including developing training opportunities, educational enhancement.
- Coordinate all product R&D activities with US activities.
- Ensure compliance of the product development process and activities to cGMP or ISO practices.
- Work closely with other groups in the company to ensure effective product development processes.
- Manage resource allocation to project teams.
- Manage the transfer of products from R&D to bulk production
- Provide technical support to Manufacturing for ongoing production.
Qualification:
- At least bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioengineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years related product development experience
- Strong knowledge in synthetic organic chemicals methods.
- Experience in managing multiple projects is required.
- Familiarity with structured product development processes, including requirements analysis, design documentation, and product verification and validation.
- Excellent bilingual capabilities, English and Chinese, required.
