Our client is a world-leading independent ink manufacturer (packaging ink). they develop individual ink solutions together with their customers. Function: Head of Quality Development & Intermediates Improvement Asia Role Purpose Statement: • Process improvements, optimization and Technological support in actual production Main Accountabilities Ensure: • Sufficient technological support to SCM of 3 CoE(production sites) in Asia • Optimum grinding efficiency/throughput rate in order to minimize manufacturing costs • Continuous optimization of production processes & production flow to achieve desired reproducibility • Best materials yields and colour strength at workshop in order to reduce RM costs. • Optimization of existing Equipments in the Plant • Sharing of best practices amongst 3 CoE sites in Asia Carry out • Measures to solve issues faced by production for existing formulations, production instructions and QC in tandem with BU application technology • Joint investigation with QC department to analyze and identify problem for further production improvements • Scale up & industrialize New Products in production, in tandem with BU application technology Support • Development, motivation and training of the workforce as well as implementation of a continuous process improvement within the plant Qualification: • Bachelor degree in process engineering / degree in Science – preferably chemistry • At least 5 years related experience with 2-3 years specialized in ink • Preferably experience in production optimization from related chemical Industry • Consistency of quality (batch process) development in the lab to scale up in the production.Needs to know produce ink on a batch basis • Exposure to plant equipment & designing manufacturing flows. • Familiar with scale-up and industrialization process • Knowledge about SB inks and similar intermediate system • Good analytical & data-mining skills • Good communication skills in English and ability to work independently. 請發(fā)送簡歷到 brw@activeselection.com.cn 或者msn溝通 brandy_wan@hotmail.com
