Process Engineer Summary of Position To support technology for all organization. Transfer technology and establish local technical standards, engineering process. Provide technical direction to production department. Coach and improve the engineering knowledge and skills of the engineering staffs to maximize the production efficiency. Support capacity and efficiency improvement projects with technical / engineering. Specific Accountabilities Essential to Acceptable Job Performance 1. Oversees coordinated effort to transfer product technologies developed in company’s central development facilities in other country (United States, Europe and Japan) from development specifications to actual production in China. Provide primary evaluation of new catalyst technology based on ability to process, initiating process, procedure and / or equipment modifications needed to accommodate successful production of new technologies. 2. Identifies opportunities and leads projects that improve quality, quantity, production costs, safety and profitability. Coordinates experimental work and analyzes results. 3. Coordinate other functions in order to establish and maximize allocation of resources, costs and time frames for projects. 4. Recommend and implement alternative processing technologies to meet defined needs. 5. Help production engineers for troubleshoots material, process and production problems, making recommendations for resolution. 6. Act as resident expert regarding technical aspects of production process, product chemistry, heat and material balance, process equipment selection and specification, engineering flow diagram development, analysis and correlation of research and plan operating data, process safety and environmental analysis. Should also possess a working knowledge of production operation, process instrumentation, process control equipment, mechanical equipment. 7. Recommend and implement environmental health and safety procedures and programs in accordance with company and legal requirements. To ensure required industrial hygiene and environmental sampling / testing occurs as appropriate. 8. Coach and train all engineers to improve the technique and engineering skills. 9. Provide technical direction to the engineers. Job Requirements 1. At least B.S in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or closely related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years experience in processing engineering in manufacturing operation of at least similar site and complexity. 3. Demonstrated ability to analyze and make recommendations regarding issues, improvements, equipments and materials. 4. Ability to corporation and communication with different function and people. 5. Fluent in English. 生產(chǎn)工程師 / Production Engineer Job Description: 1.通過短時間的培訓(xùn)，能夠獨立對在線生產(chǎn)中的數(shù)據(jù)進行分析、處理，包括質(zhì)量控制參數(shù)、產(chǎn)品參數(shù)。能夠完成所有的生產(chǎn)報表的制作與處理，能夠獨立完成所有產(chǎn)品的參數(shù)取樣工作。 2.準(zhǔn)時、準(zhǔn)確地將生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)進行整理，并提供給相關(guān)的人員與部門。 3.將生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)輸入電腦進行保留，并配合相關(guān)人員做好月底盤底工作。 4.配合完成生產(chǎn)部門的月、年度的報表制作。 5.配合完成對原料的最佳參數(shù)設(shè)置。 6.配合生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理對部門的生產(chǎn)文件進行管理，并起草相關(guān)的部門文件。 7.熟悉SPC system， 并在使用中對其提出合理化修改建議。 8.需要時幫助生產(chǎn)線進行生產(chǎn)，需要輪班（早中班8小時一班），有相關(guān)的精細化工生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗。 Job Requirement 1.University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or closely related field. 2.Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve the problem independently. 3.Good at communication with different function people and team playing. 4.Communication in English required. 5.家住松江地區(qū)者優(yōu)先。 QC工程師（暫無JD，要求化工專業(yè)和行業(yè)背景，英語流利） 有興趣者請聯(lián)系：021-55889121*13 hr8@51offer.net.cn
