Job Title: Production Manager Rep ort to: GM Job Responsibilities: Ÿ Lead and develop Best-in-Class production team at division Ÿ Lead team to achieve Key Performance Metrics for Operational Performance, including Costs, on time delivery and Quality Assurance. Ÿ Review and improve current workflow of various departments and establish standard operating policies and procedures. Ÿ Staff development through, training, coaching, and job rotations to increase competency and career development Ÿ Oversee strategic and tactical on lean manufacturing. Ÿ Ensure company abides by local laws/regulations and work closely with local authorities on various issues as necessary, including proper Customs Ÿ Other ad hoc project assigned by management Qualifications: Education: Ÿ Bachelor degree or above. majors in Engineering or Management, manufacturing. Experience: Ÿ Minimum 10-15 years related experience, gained in multinational corporations, big scale of production is preferred. Job Knowledge: Ÿ Knowledge of production process.
