職位描述

1.Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. 工作須符合質(zhì)量管理體系和EHS管理體系的相關(guān)要求。 2.Lead and coordinate the related departments (Planner, QC chemist, Technical department, Customer Service Representive, Logistics Department and etc) to manage all the daily production in the Cell.與各相關(guān)部門的協(xié)調(diào)(生產(chǎn)計劃，質(zhì)量控制，技術(shù)部， 客戶服務(wù)，物流等等)，管理組內(nèi)日常生產(chǎn)工作。 3.Direct manage the operators in the Cell to meet the production schedule. 直接管理組內(nèi)生產(chǎn)員工，使他們滿足生產(chǎn)需求。 4.Meet the Cell operational goals, such as OTIF, Cycle Time, WOS, RGO, AMU and etc. 達成組內(nèi)運營指標，例如，按時足額到貨率，生產(chǎn)周期，廢品率，退貨率，絕對物料利用率等等。 5.Lead the continuous improvement projects using the Lean tools.采用精益生產(chǎn)工藝引導持續(xù)改進項目。 6.Lead the capacity analysis in the cell. 組織組內(nèi)產(chǎn)能分析。 7.Involve the process and the formula modification.參與過程和配方的更新。 8.Train and supervise the operator to meet the SOP requirement. 培訓并教導員工遵從SOP要求。 9.Lead the cross functional team to solve the related problem in the Cell. 協(xié)調(diào)各職能部門解決組內(nèi)相關(guān)問題。 Conduct the operator performance evaluation.進行員工績效考核
