Job purpose: To deliver completed targets with regard to optimal resource scheduling based in the supply of work and forecast for Technical Service Department (TSD) personnel, managing the guidance process relating to the optimal capacity utilization for TSD, work planning / cost estimating services, activity planning for implementation and material management to support the execution of technical assignments / projects for TSD. Position in the organization: Reporting to : Manager Technical & Analytical Services Staff : Application Manager Spare Part Warehouse Operators Planning & Coordination Planner / erection / installation supervisor Technical Purchaser Purchasing department logistics assistant Other organizational relations : Member of Management Team of Technical & Analytical Services Department Maintenance manager & engineers of various plants on site Contractors & suppliers Key figures (of the job): - Full time - Day shift - Number of employees: approx. 12 FTE - Department budget: approx. 4 M RMB - Number of production plants as customers: 4 and growing Qualifications: - Works and thinks at university/academic level with extensive experience in project management, engineering and maintenance. - Knowledge of available expertise, installations, erection / installation guidelines etc. - Knowledge of maintenance methods and safety procedures in industrial production installations. - Has the presentation technique to be able to put across the strategic vision, possibilities, approach and findings to customers, subordinates and colleagues. - Have the communication skills to build up and maintain networks and contacts. - Methodical, independent and diligent - Initiative, alertness, solution-driven, ability to integrate and long-term vision in all phases of projects. - Excellent command of English (speaking and writing) - Has the leadership and coaching capacities to create conditions so that subordinates can develop in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, quality awareness and independence. 備注：請您在求職簡歷上注明所應(yīng)聘的崗位名稱，以及招聘信息來源 有意者請直接投簡歷到：HR.FCCN@akzonobel-chemicals.com
