工作地點：天津、上海 職位要求： 1、 根據(jù)客戶要求完成工程項目前期建筑設計； 2、 保證設計方案在施工中按質/按量/如期完成； 3、 具有建筑學相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷； 4、 4年以上設計院、工程公司建筑設計工作經(jīng)驗； 5、 具有豐富的工業(yè)項目建筑設計經(jīng)驗； 6、 熟練使用AutoCAD、3D； 7、 熟悉本地及英國、美國、歐洲設計標準； 8、 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。 Responsibility: • Skilful in AutoCAD • Ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner • Ensure the project implementation meet Client requirement and expectation • Management of Discipline quality and schedule Qualification: • Bachelor or Master Degree in architect or equivalent. • You must have minimum 5-7 years’ professional experience, minimum 1 year experience from facility design, preferably GMP-related. • Creative and constructional design skills. Some cross-cultural skills and experience in making tender material (drawings and specifications) is preferable, even according to British, US, EU as well as other standards. • Good skill in MS Office, AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop 3D. • Fluent written and spoken English.
